I believe in a direct, solution-focused method, working collaboratively to address what’s happening right now. We'll focus on regaining control over your body and thoughts, starting with the present moment. Over the past 14 years, I’ve honed my skills and attended leading-edge training, allowing me to offer the most effective techniques available. Together, we'll explore what happens in your brain during moments of anxiety or fear, and I’ll help you learn how to engage different parts of your brain to find calm. We'll also address the physical symptoms of fear and anxiety, giving you tools to build resilience so future episodes don’t control your life.
