We can often become overwhelmed by the constant pressure of our inner world. Anxiety can manifest as a persistent feeling of dread, while depression may leave you feeling a lack of motivation or purpose. I am passionate about creating a safe and affirming space. Ultimately, my goal is to guide you in developing tangible coping strategies that help you manage your emotions, navigate difficult situations, and regain a sense of control.

I am passionate about creating a safe and affirming space. My approach is rooted in empathy and collaboration, believing you are the expert on your life. We'll work together to explore your unique strengths and navigate challenges. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. With CBT, we’ll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experience. During treatment, I'll help you learn how to push back against those thoughts to change your feelings for the better. Healing begins with connection. Having navigated my own mental health struggles, I gained a deep empathy for those facing similar challenges. I meet you where you are, without judgment or expectation. I know what it's like to be overwhelmed. I'm here to support you! I am practicing under the direct supervision of Dr. Jena Vasquez, LCSW-S.
