About My Clients

My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in both NJ and PA and I specialize in anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and many other mental health challenges. I have 8+ years of experience working in various areas of the mental health field and with many types of populations; ranging from individual therapy to crisis response, stress management to Schizophrenia. I have a background in CBT and Mindfulness as well as Person Centered therapy. My main goal is to establish and maintain a positive rapport with my clients. I believe that trust and comfort need to be established first so that the real work can begin.
