About My Clients
As a CH and Trauma Recovery Coach I work with clients who are facing high amounts of stress. Let's be real, life isn't getting easier and anxiety is becoming normal. The wear-and-tear upon you is showing up daily... you've become defensive, restless, and grouchy. You seek peace. You want your values to be honored. You want greater respect. You need emotional connection. Your mind, body, and spirit seeks healthy boundaries and relationships. Together, we can accomplish this and much more.
My Background and Approach
Michon is an NGH Certified Hypnotist, Certified 5-PATH Practitioner, and a Certified 7th Path Self-Hypnosis Teacher. Michon is also trained in Somatic Trauma Therapy and offers 1:1 coaching services. Prior to hypnotherapy and coaching, Michon earned a BA in Psychology from UC Berkeley and earned a teaching credential in Biological Sciences. Michon served in public education for many years where she encountered the harmful impact of trauma and emotional distress upon students, parents, and faculty. She left public education because of the systemic problems families are facing. She seeks to help individual live out their best lives.

My Mission is to awaken and arouse Hidden Authentic Power residing in every person. Hearts, minds, bodies, and souls hold the truth of what serves it holistically. My aim is to tap into that hidden power and help people recognize, access, expose, and showcase their hidden vitality, which ultimately writes a story of health and wellness for themselves and their families.
