My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of New York. I earned a Masters Degree in Social Work from Columbia University. I use the methods of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness in order to achieve desired results. With this approach, we may work through past abuse and belief systems that no longer serve you. This will allow you to move beyond unwanted energies from the past. However, the majority of our work will be focused on the present day and a more forward thinking approach. I will help you focus on what is right in your world and what you want to attract into your life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that what you concentrate on expands. Focusing on the past can cause depression and focusing on the future can cause anxiety. I provide valuable tools to manage your thoughts and emotions, which will allow you to live in the present moment and set positive intentions moving forward. This is the most important thing you will ever do to create inner peace and desired results.
