About My Clients
I work with clients facing anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, stress, relationship challenges, and emotional disconnection. Many of my clients want to better understand their patterns, build confidence, and feel more grounded in who they are. I provide a safe, affirming space where your identity, experiences, and goals are honored.
My Background and Approach
My approach is integrative, collaborative, and evidence-based. I draw from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, person-centered care, and goal-oriented interventions. Our work begins with understanding your history, current challenges, and what brought you to therapy. From there, we develop a personalized treatment plan focused on your goals, whether that means reducing anxiety or depression, improving relationships, managing stress, or increasing emotional awareness. I believe therapy works best when there is a strong therapeutic connection and both therapist and client take time to genuinely understand one another. Together, we will identify patterns, build practical coping skills, deepen self-awareness, and support measurable progress over time.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person carries a deep inner strength and light, even when it feels quiet, hidden, or difficult to access. Therapy can help you reconnect with that part of yourself by creating space to understand your emotions, your story, and the way you experience the world. I see healing as a collaborative process rooted in trust, curiosity, and self-compassion. My role is to meet you where you are, honor your unique identity, and help you move toward a life that feels more authentic and aligned. Over time, the goal is to strengthen inner confidence, build resilience, and help that inner light become clearer, steadier, and more powerful.
