My Background and Approach
With 20 years of experience supporting clients, my work explores how early life experiences have shaped you, and what has led you to seek therapy. I meet clients where they are using a strengths-based approach integrating cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic, and trauma-informed techniques into my work (TF-CBT) addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem and relationship issues. We will identify and understand patterns that are not working and set goals to feel better and improve your quality of life. Each journey is unique, and I tailor my therapeutic approach to your specific needs. One of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story and how you got here.
