About My Clients
I now work exclusively in private practice and specialize in working with adolescents and adults. I have treated a wide variety of conditions and have developed specialties in supporting those affected by depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, parenting concerns, coping difficulties, and chronic illness.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor and have spent over 18 years collaborating therapeutically with individuals, families, and schools. My passion is to help people learn ways to capitalize on their strengths, to help create an openness to gain improved skills, and to provide support as clients set a path towards improved day-to-day functioning. My experience has allowed me to help children, adolescents, and adults in private practice, juvenile justice settings, community settings, and school settings.
