About My Clients
My clients carry a lot — often quietly and with great strength. They’re thoughtful and capable, yet overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, or shifting roles. Many feel disconnected from themselves, stuck in old patterns, or unsure how to slow down. They want therapy that feels comfortable, grounding, and warmly human and helps them feel more at home in their own lives. Together we create space to breathe, listen to the body, ease overwhelm, and reconnect with clarity, intuition, and steadiness.
My Background and Approach
My background blends somatic awareness, trauma‑informed care, and a deep respect for the natural world. I offer therapy that feels warm, steady, and human. Some clients thrive indoors with the structure and privacy of the therapy room; others find that sitting or walking side‑by‑side outdoors reduces pressure and helps them regulate, think clearly, and speak more openly. Nature often supports nervous system regulation, offering grounding cues that make it easier to access clarity and calm. It can be as much or as little a part of therapy as you want — a quiet backdrop, a grounding presence, or an active partner in the work. My role is to offer a steady, collaborative space where you can reconnect with your body, your intuition, and your sense of self. I move at a pace that feels safe and sustainable, honoring your nervous system and your lived experience. Therapy with me is spacious, attuned, and centered on what feels right for you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy is for everyone, just like nature is. Being outdoors helps me feel calmer, clearer, and more connected, and I want clients to have access to that same sense of ease. Whether nature is a subtle backdrop or an active part of the work, I believe healing deepens when people feel grounded, supported, and free to show up exactly as they are.
