About My Clients
The clients I work with are those who are looking for a convenient, time-efficient way to have ongoing coaching support, using video chat instead of in-office meetings. Sessions are 45 minutes. My clients are interested in focusing on increasing self-confidence and improving relationships and the many issues that go with them. The emphasis is on improving communication, understanding emotional triggers, breaking old patterns, undo-ing limiting beliefs, and setting healthy boundaries.
My Background and Approach
I provide relationship coaching services online, specializing in issues pertaining to love, sex, and relationships. When you feel stuck, unsure, or stressed about your relationships and want to do something to make it better, I'm here to help by giving you skills, insights, and empowerment to make positive changes. I have over 20 years of experience working as a therapist and life coach. I have helped hundreds of clients improve stress & anxiety, relationship issues (both personal and professional), LGBTQ issues, building self-confidence, and improving self-esteem. As a relationship coach, I act as a strategic partner, guiding you to achieve positive results in communication, boundary-setting, bringing your authentic self into your relationships, getting on the same page with your partner, talking about sex, and/or handling separations and break-ups. (Even though I am an experienced and licensed marriage and family therapist, I practice Relationship Coaching, not therapy per se.)
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that our natural state of being is to be learning and growing, as human beings. Like a plant that always turns its leaves toward the sunlight, we are striving toward being better versions of ourselves, toward being our authentic selves, toward bonding with others. I believe that judging others is a waste of energy. I believe in looking after and protecting the innocent and the vulnerable ... animals, children, seniors, those who are different, those who are sensitive. My family members have always included a rescue dog. I volunteer my time to work on the board of a nonprofit community organization called Laguna Beach Pride 365, Inc.
