About My Clients
I provide a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space for healing. I specialize in trauma, domestic violence recovery, addiction, and life transitions, offering individual and couples counseling. Using evidence-based approaches like CBT and DBT, I help clients build coping skills, discover their strengths, and move forward with confidence. You don't have to face healing alone.
My Background and Approach
As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. My background deeply informs my work with individuals navigating trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. I approach therapy with a warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative spirit. Grounded in a person-centered philosophy, I integrate evidence-based modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI)—to meet your unique needs. Above all, I am committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel genuinely seen, valued, and empowered to heal, grow, and build lasting resilience.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I deeply believe that every individual deserves to feel genuinely seen, valued, and heard. True healing begins in a space of safety, warmth, and mutual respect, which is why I am dedicated to cultivating a nonjudgmental environment where you can explore your path at your own pace. I believe that you already possess the inherent inner strength and resilience needed to navigate life's challenges; my role is to walk alongside you as a collaborator, helping you uncover those internal resources so you can move forward with confidence and purpose.
