About My Clients
I work with children and adolescents experiencing life stressors, whether it be a significant transition, family dynamics, academic/social/emotional challenges, and more. Along the way, I also meet with parents/caregivers to help them gain insight on how to help their children and themselves.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in child-centered play therapy, which fosters emotional, social, and cognitive growth. Children experience a secure, warm, and nonjudgmental relationship with me in which they are empowered to express their authentic selves, process traumatic experiences, and develop adaptive behaviors, thoughts, and beliefs.
