About My Clients

Does life feel overwhelming, maybe more than it “should”? Do you have a history of confusing or painful relationships? Many of my clients carry painful feelings of guilt, shame, or loneliness. They may have experienced unhealthy relationships or trauma and are ready to break free from the past and find a sense of peace. If you're feeling stuck or unsure of where to turn, I'm here to support you as you work through these challenges and create the life you want.

My Background and Approach

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with clients carrying the burdens of trauma, anxiety, depression, and painful relationships. My expertise lies in helping survivors of harmful relationships, childhood trauma, and complex PTSD. I use EMDR in addition to approaches based on attachment theory, relational therapy, and parts work to help you understand how your past may be influencing your present. Together, we will explore your inner world, identify painful patterns, and foster self-compassion to help you heal from these emotional wounds. I’m passionate about providing a warm, supportive environment where you can reflect, process, and heal. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by life or struggling with unhealthy relationships, I’m here to support you in finding relief.
