About My Clients

I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck in self-doubt, or impacted by past relational experiences. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but struggle internally with anxiety, emotional reactivity, or patterns that no longer serve them. They are seeking clarity, stability, and meaningful change that feels steady and sustainable.

My Background and Approach

My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and trauma-informed. Together, we explore how life experiences have shaped emotional responses, beliefs, and relational patterns, with curiosity rather than judgment. I integrate evidence-based therapies such as EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Ego States/parts work to support insight, emotional regulation, and meaningful change. Mindfulness and nervous-system awareness are woven throughout our work to help strengthen internal resources and increase a sense of stability and self-trust. For clients who desire it, I also offer faith-integrated therapy, incorporating spiritual reflection and prayer in a way that respects both psychological and spiritual growth.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe many emotional and relational struggles make sense when viewed through lived experience. When overwhelming events occur, the nervous system often develops protective patterns that once helped us cope but may no longer serve us. These responses are not weaknesses, they are adaptive. My work is shaped by both professional training and personal experience. I’ve seen how unresolved trauma can quietly influence thoughts, emotions, and behavior over time. Through evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, mindfulness, and relational therapy, meaningful and lasting change becomes possible. I believe people are capable of growth, clarity, and renewed stability. My role is to walk alongside clients as they make sense of their experiences, reconnect with internal strengths, and move forward in ways that feel grounded, intentional, and sustainable. For those who wish, faith can be thoughtfully integrated into the therapeutic process.
