About My Clients
It takes bravery and courage to take the step to come to therapy. I look forward to helping all types of clients. I may be a new counselor, but I have lots of life experience, and have essentially been doing this in one form or another my entire life. I'm passionate about issues such as anxiety, depression, chronic pain, health & wellness, life transitions, and how the brain affects the body.
My Background and Approach
I have a holistic and eclectic therapeutic view, believing that every individual is unique and therefore one type of technique does not fit all.
