Grief and loss, whether through losing a loved one or due to experiencing a trauma can be life-changing. There are phases that everyone goes through when we are grieving, and this is normal. However, some life experiences, such as the loss of a loved one through suicide or the loss of life as we knew it after experiencing a trauma, may lead to us getting 'stuck' in the grieving process. I can help you learn skills to cope with this complicated grieving process.

I use a variety of techniques, catered to the needs of the person that I am working with. My approach is person centered. I use cognitive behavioral therapy and will often introduce mindfulness techniques through our sessions.
