About My Clients
Are you having difficulty getting past a loss, either through a trauma that you have experienced or the unexpected loss of a loved one? Do you get anxious or sad at the thought of being in certain situations? I want to help you learn skills for coping with these feelings and getting through these situations with confidence.
My Background and Approach
I have been working with a large school board for over twenty years. I've worked with children and families to help them learn skills to use to be successful in the classroom. These are children who have had difficulties due to problems with anger management, anxiety, depression/sadness or trauma. In addition, I have experience working with adults who have been through some type of loss (either due to trauma or due to the unexpected loss of a loved one, possibly through suicide). I provide group sessions to help people deal with this with others who have been through similar experiences.
