About My Clients
Trying to conceive while living with a chronic illness can feel overwhelming—and it can quietly strain your relationship, too. Between medical appointments, uncertainty, and emotional ups and downs, it’s easy to feel disconnected from your body, your partner, and yourself. You don’t have to navigate infertility and relationship stress alone.
My Background and Approach
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 18+ years of experience, specializing in infertility and couples therapy using Interpersonal Psychotherapy for Reproductive Mental Health to help women navigating chronic illness rebuild connection and hope.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My work is deeply shaped by both my professional training and my lived experience. As a Hispanic and Christian therapist, I value faith, family, culture, and the strength that comes from community and connection. These values guide how I show up—with compassion, respect, and a belief that no one should have to carry life’s hardest seasons alone. My own infertility journey has also given me a personal understanding of the grief, uncertainty, and relationship strain that fertility challenges can bring. Because of this, I hold space for this work with deep empathy and without judgment. You don’t have to explain or minimize your pain here—I truly get how heavy this can feel. Whether or not faith or culture are central parts of your life, I strive to create a space where all parts of you feel welcome, seen, and supported.
