I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and healing, and I am dedicated to creating a safe, empathetic space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. I have worked with a variety of populations, including pregnant and postpartum mothers, children, adolescents, and adults and each experience has enriched my perspective on mental health.

I draw from a blend of cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution focused practices to foster resilience and promote healing. My goal is not only to alleviate distress but to empower clients with the tools needed for lasting change. I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. After that session, you and I will work together to develop a plan of how to achieve those goals and what your timeline looks like. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure.
