About My Clients
My clients are interested in better understanding themselves and their experiences which may include communication issues, anxiety, disordered eating, or relationship problems. They areself-reflective and open to the therapeutic process.
My Background and Approach
I earned a Masters degree from Portland State University back in 2015, and since then I have worked with different presenting issues including psychosis and eating disorders. I earned by license in 2018, and my supervisory credentials in 2023. I am inherently strengths-based and enjoy helping others find their strengths and build off them. I also use narrative techniques as I believe storytelling is a powerful part of the human experience.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone deserves to move towards health and away from suffering. I know that each individual deserves dignity and respect, regardless of race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender expression, culture or religion.
