About My Clients
You may be the one everyone else leans on, quietly carrying more than anyone knows. Maybe you are facing a divorce, an empty nest, a new season of parenting, grief, or anxiety that seems to come out of nowhere. Maybe midlife has you asking, "Who am I now?" My clients are adults in seasons of change who want to feel steadier, understand themselves more deeply, and stop carrying everything alone. You do not have to have it all figured out to start.
My Background and Approach
I came to counseling as a second career after more than 20 years in healthcare, and I also worked in community mental health before opening my own practice. That life experience shapes how I work: warm, down to earth, and practical. My approach is integrative, drawing from CBT, ACT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), emotionally focused, somatic, and compassion-focused therapies, so treatment fits you rather than a script. Together we will make sense of what is happening, build tools you can use right away, and work at your pace toward lasting change. I offer individual sessions in person in Bonita Springs and by secure telehealth throughout Florida. I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (FL #IMH28262) practicing under the clinical supervision of Angela Hawke, LMHC. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe it is never too late to begin again. Real change happens when you feel safe enough to be fully honest, so I work hard to make therapy a place where you are met with compassion instead of judgment. You are not broken, and you do not have to do this alone.
