About My Clients
Trauma does not just affect the victim, but can be life-altering to the surrounding family members. I have substantial experience working with individuals, couples, and families who have encountered trauma in their lives. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, parenting, and issues that affect one's relationships and daily life. We have all been exposed to some type of loss in our life, and I am dedicated to walking beside you on your journey towards healing.
My Background and Approach
I am trained in Trauma-Focused CBT, and trained in EMDR. I worked at a Children's Advocacy Center for many years helping victims of abuse and their family members. Most have experienced some type of loss during their life, and I have spent time going through the grief process with many clients. I would love to help you with the big T traumas as well as the everyday little t traumas.
