I am a client-centered counselor who believes a non-judgmental environment helps to set the stage for healing and empowerment--whether that's navigating current life stressors, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, parenting, relationships, or more. I'm here to help. I am not a Christian Counselor, nor affiliated with any religion, but always welcome a client's spiritual/religious beliefs in sessions.
