About My Clients
I work with teens and adults in an individual setting to address a variety of issues including difficulties coping, managing stress, trauma, substance use, depression, anxiety and other challenges.
My Background and Approach
I am licensed as both a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) in the state of Montana. I also hold NAADAC's Masters Addiction Counselor (MAC) Credential. I have been in private practice since 2019 and prior to this worked in both residential and outpatient settings working with adolescents and adults with occurring mental health and substance use disorders. I am trained in multiple modalities to address trauma, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and The Attachment, Regulation and Competency (ARC) Framework.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that counseling should be a human experience, one in which clients can feel supported and connected as they wrestle with the vulnerability that typically leads someone to seek out support.
