I specialize in working with teens, young adults and women experiencing depression, anxiety and stress related to an evolving identity, family and relationship issues, motherhood and body acceptance. I am passionate about supporting my clients in maintaining healthy boundaries, nurturing self compassion and confidence and overcoming past trauma. My approach utilizes integrative techniques for the mind, body and spirit to build awareness and gain insight to better manage emotions, thoughts, and negative self-talk so that you can improve your quality of your life.
