About My Clients
Do you ever feel stressed, anxious, or just uncertain about what comes next for you, your child, or your family? I work with adults who want to break free from patterns that aren’t serving them, parents looking to better understand and support their kids, and teens who might be feeling misunderstood, stressed, or stuck. I’m also passionate about working with neurodivergent individuals, empowering them through knowledge, support, and strategies to thrive in ways that honor who they are.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is grounded in building a genuine, trusting connection from the very start. I take time to deeply get to know you. Not just your symptoms or struggles, but your hopes, values, past experiences, and what feeling “better” might look like for you. Together, we’ll clarify your goals for therapy, reflect on what has and hasn’t worked for you before, and explore patterns or barriers that may have made progress difficult in the past. I believe knowledge is empowering, so I weave psychoeducation throughout our work. This means we’ll discuss how brain function, nervous system responses, and your lived experiences are all connected and impact how you feel and respond to the world. Whether it’s understanding the science behind anxiety, the effects of trauma, or how neurodivergence might shape your (or your child's) day-to-day, I’ll share information in ways that are relatable and tailored to your needs.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every client deserves a therapy experience that fits who they are, so sessions with me might look different. Some people want structure and clear steps. Others want a calm space just to talk (or not talk). Maybe you learn best through visuals. However you show up, I’ll show up right alongside you.
