About My Clients
Clients who are experiencing stuck patterns and repeating cycles or those with sensitive natures seek me out. Although I work with adults and couples facing many challenges, professional women who are moving through significant changes in work or their personal life tend to find me particularly helpful. With a previous career in accounting and consulting, I have understanding of fast paced careers and a unique interest in working with clients who want to explore their relationship with money.
My Background and Approach
I come to this work after discovering its transformative effects myself. I bring personal experiences including career change, parenthood, divorce, trauma and grief to our work. Sessions include deep listening, humor and celebrations. My training encompasses relational psychology, EMDR and depth work, among others. When you work with me, we create a unique place for you to explore how your past circumstances and experiences have shaped the person you are today. This deeper understanding allows you to become more aligned with your inner self, attuned to your needs and better able to express what you are feeling. From this inner change you begin to build a foundation to connect more fully with your relationships. With me you will find a fierce advocate and equal partner, and as your partner I will always be attending to my own personal therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe each one of us have our own unique inner bearings and personal healing path and knowing those is key to our stability and health. I believe each one of us has the right and ability to live their most authentic life within rich, healthy relationships. Those beliefs are the foundation of my practice, why I accept insurance and offer sliding scales, and strive to show all people, both in and out of my office, what a healthy, respectful relationship feels like.
