With over a decade of experience, I specialize in supporting high achievers, deep feelers, and those navigating identity, family dynamics, or old wounds that still affect your present. Therapy with me is active, compassionate, and tailored to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected—to yourself and to what matters most.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a safe and affirming space for all identities. I’m deeply committed to social justice and inclusive care, and I actively support LGBTQ+ rights, Black Lives Matter, and mental health accessibility. I believe that healing is both personal and collective—that unlearning systems of oppression, setting boundaries, and finding your voice are essential parts of the work. I'm especially passionate about supporting those who’ve been told to shrink themselves or prioritize others at the expense of their own well-being. Outside the therapy room, I support causes related to suicide prevention, trauma recovery, and community-based care. I show up as a real person in the work—compassionate, grounded, and deeply invested in your growth.
