If you're struggling with anxiety, past experiences, poor sleep, and feel overwhelmed with the thought of changing, you're not alone. I support people who feel like medicine alone won't help them achieve their goals for mental health. I offer traditional talk therapy approaches, as well as mindfulness, body awareness, and biofeedback to help you find your balance. I will work with you as an accountability coach or licensed clinical professional as you see fit.
My Background and Approach
I strive to provide a safe space for individuals who have experienced a loss that is not traditionally mourned, helping them navigate their grief journey and find solace and healing. By incorporating a wide range of therapeutic modalities, including CBT, creative therapies, and art therapy, I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs and preferences of each client. I believe in the power of self-expression, creativity, and introspection to foster personal growth and healing.
