About My Clients

As a Marriage, Couples, and Family Therapist, I specialize in supporting neurodivergent individuals, couples, and families impacted by ADHD, Autism, and related differences in communication and connection. My clients are also those navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship stress. I am certified in multiple evidence-based approaches and tailor treatment to each person's unique needs, because therapy is never one size fits all.

My Background and Approach

My clinical background spans 18 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families across a wide range of concerns in which I specialize. A particular passion of mine is supporting neurodivergent individuals and couples, including those in neurotypical and neurodivergent relationships, through tailored treatment that reduces anxiety, diminishes the need to mask, and helps clients live as their most authentic selves. I believe that the right therapist makes a difference, and I am committed to being that for the people I work with. Certifications and Credentials MA, MFT, LMHC, CMHS, CCTP, ASDCS, ADHD-CCSP, CPRT, Prepare and Enrich Certified Facilitator, CCIS, CTHP

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe people are doing the best they can with the circumstances and resources available to them in any given moment. My work is grounded in compassion, grace, and a deep respect for the inherent worth of every person who reaches out for support. I believe there is always hope for change and restoration, even in moments that feel hopeless. Hopelessness is often a symptom of emotional distress rather than a permanent state, and that distinction matters deeply to me. I value healing, redemption, and renewal, and I honor whatever gives you meaning, whether that is faith, relationships, personal values, or simply the courage to keep going. I am a strong advocate for the neurodivergent community and for survivors of trauma and abuse, and I am committed to inclusive, culturally sensitive care for people of all backgrounds and lived experiences. I am also an active member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, both nationally and at the state level.
