My Background and Approach
At this time my practice is 100% telehealth with coming plans to meet in office setting. My hours vary and you can schedule an appointment usually within 48 hours of your call or email, not including weekends. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy drives the mobile, however may orientations and interventions are implemented to address unique client needs. You can expect a welcome package via email prior to our first session. This packet will include my professional statement, informed consent, ways to address concerns and complaints and other forms to empower you to take this journey. I look forward to jogging with you.
