About My Clients

We all have times in our lives when we struggle. Whether you are experiencing a life transition or shift in identity, or coping with a significant loss or trauma, counseling can be a valuable source of support. I believe that therapy is most effective when you feel a certain level of comfort with your therapist, thus I strive to be transparent and collaborative in my approach. I provide a challenging, but affirming and non-judgmental space for self-exploration to help create meaningful change.

My Background and Approach

I identify as integrative in my approach to therapy, which allows me to adapt to the individual needs of each client. I have been trained in psychodynamic and relational psychotherapy, and have experience in providing trauma-informed care while integrating multicultural and feminist perspectives. I view issues contextually, and honor the impact of one's personal history and socio-cultural identities on an individual's lived experiences. I have experience and specialize in working with early career professionals, college students, members of the LGBTQ community and survivors of trauma.
