About My Clients

I specialize in working with women in midlife who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. Many are navigating major life transitions—like divorce, career shifts, parenting changes, or evolving beliefs—and are ready to reclaim their voice, values, and vision. I offer a supportive space to explore what’s next with curiosity, clarity, and courage, using a holistic, strengths-based approach grounded in evidence and empathy.

My Background and Approach

I'm a licensed mental health therapist with over a decade of experience supporting women through seasons of change, loss, and growth. My credentials include a Master’s degree in Counseling and certifications in trauma-informed care, narrative therapy, and Enneagram-informed coaching. I’ve pursued advanced training in family systems, spiritual abuse recovery, and somatic practices that support healing from chronic stress. My expertise lies in helping women in midlife who are navigating transitions such as divorce, faith shifts, empty nesting, caregiving for aging parents, or reevaluating their careers and identities. I specialize in working with clients who feel stuck, burned out, or disconnected from their inner voice—and are ready to reclaim clarity, courage, and confidence. I bring a grounded, collaborative, and compassionate approach to help you move forward with purpose.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Outside of therapy, I’m a writer, speaker, and educator passionate about helping people reconnect with their true selves. I’ve written a book about the transformational process of being cracked open by life’s challenges—and the clarity, courage, and freedom that can follow. I lead retreats, workshops, and speaking engagements on trauma, self-awareness, emotional resilience, and the journey of becoming whole. My work often centers on helping women untangle themselves from high-control religious or social systems, reclaim their voice, and rediscover their personal agency. I advocate for trauma-informed care, inclusive mental health access, and the dismantling of systems that silence or marginalize people—especially in faith communities, families, and cultures that prioritize performance over authenticity. I’m especially interested in how self-awareness and emotional, mental, and social intelligence shape our relationships, leadership, and everyday lives.
