Ms. Miller has worked with children, adolescents and adults for more than 10 years. She specializes in anxiety, depression, general life adjustment issues, relationship issues, marriage/family, parenting skills and stress management. Focus will be on helping you to heal, energize and become aware of your inner strengths in a safe and neutral environment.
My Background and Approach
Ms. Miller is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 10 years of experience. She is compassionate, cares about your healing process and wants to see you succeed. Using a person centered approach incorporating various techniques she focuses on your individual needs and works with you to both develop and achieve your goals. Ms. Miller is trained in CBT and DBT which she uses with most of her clients to help with regulating emotions, distress tolerance and interpersonal skills. Ms. Miller will be there for every step of your journey. She will be there to provide support as you learn new skills to help you to grow and heal from your struggles so that you can move in a positive direction and achieve your goals.
