You have been labeled the strong one, the good listener, the one that is always there for friends and family. You willingly put yourself last because of your deep care for others. This leaves you feeling worn out and at times even empty. The opinions of others weigh heavily on you which has taught you how to bend and fold yourself to meet the needs of those close to you. You feel as if you have lost your voice or have even struggled to use it. But there is hope. You are in the right place.
My Background and Approach
You already have it in you. Perhaps life has gotten in the way of being able to see that. Let me walk along side you to rediscover your happiness potential and free yourself from your past. In session with me you will notice a more relatable approach. Together we create a treatment plan designed exclusively for you. Also, your comfort in session is priority because that is the best way for us to do good work together. I am real, straightforward, and can tactfully and respectfully address things. We can explore and differentiate what helps and what hurts in your relationships with yourself, your family, or significant others. More specifically, I have specialized training in trauma with certificates in Brainspotting. Brainspotting focuses on brain and body connections as well as how I make space for you. Allow me to give you that space to challenge, feel, and work through the hard stuff. I want what you want, for you to trust yourself fully and completely.

Every person has the capacity to be who they authentically want to be. Sometimes, they just need to be seen and accepted as they are to allow that authentic self to show up.
