About My Clients
I see adults age 18-65 and work with clients who have depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, and more. I provide a safe, affirming space for everyone, including LGBTQIA+ individuals, neurodivergent people, diverse cultural backgrounds, and all family and relationship structures.
My Background and Approach
I am a dedicated Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Florida. I have over 10 years of experience in the healthcare field, which spans inpatient and outpatient behavioral health, correctional medicine, and college behavioral health. I understand the challenges of navigating cultural barriers and the stigma often associated with mental health, especially in inderserved and marginalized communities. My passion lies in helping those who may feel overlooked or underserved. I am biligual and provide services in both English and Spanish!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m a queer Hispanic/Latine provider who is deeply committed to creating an affirming, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space for all. I proudly support LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities, and am sex worker positive, kink positive, poly positive, trauma-informed, and welcoming of all body types and lived experiences.
