About My Clients
I work a lot with adult children of narcissistic parents. Most clients seek me out when they are ready for a change, tired of living a life where they are living out someone else's projection of who they are.
My Background and Approach
My approach is very individual and dependent on what you bring into the session. I try to help people be aware of what is happening in the moment and the roots of why things come up time after time. I bring curiousity, humor and compassion to sessions. I have training in ACT which is values based, Will I Ever Be Good Enough daughters of narcissistic mothers training, EFT tapping, Attachment in adoption, Lifespan Integration level 2, IFS (6 month training), transpersonal psychology. I love what I do and chances and am always seeking education so I can provide the best care possible for my clients.
