About My Clients
I work with adults 18+ who are ready to explore their emotions, relationships, and patterns with honesty and openness. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or a sense of being “stuck” in cycles that no longer serve them. Some feel drained from codependent dynamics, find it difficult to set healthy boundaries, or worry about letting others down. Others come to therapy navigating relationship issues—whether in family, romantic, or professional settings—and want to
My Background and Approach
In my work, I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). These approaches can help you recognize unhelpful thought patterns, regulate overwhelming emotions, and heal from painful experiences or trauma. I also integrate psychoanalytic and humanistic perspectives, allowing us to explore not just the “symptoms” but the deeper experiences and beliefs that may be influencing your present life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My therapeutic style is collaborative and person-centered. I believe you are the expert of your own story, and my role is to walk alongside you, offering guidance, tools, and insight to help you navigate the barriers that stand in the way of your goals. Clients often describe my approach as warm, grounded, and approachable. I aim to create a supportive environment where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change. I welcome and affirm people from all walks of life and diverse backgrounds. Whether you are navigating cultural expectations, identity concerns, relationship transitions, or personal challenges, I am committed to honoring your experiences and providing a therapeutic space where you feel valued and respected.
