My Background and Approach
Michelle Lester is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and the owner of Wellness Transformation Counseling Services, PLLC. She earned her Master of Social Work from Simmons University in 2020, with a concentration in Advanced Clinical Practice. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Health Services Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Social Work. Michelle has more than a decade of experience supporting adolescents, adults, and families across private practice, hospital, nonprofit, community-based, and residential treatment settings. Her professional background includes serving as a Director of Case Management, providing clinical assessments, and offering individual and group therapy. Michelle primarily works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, caregiver stress, burnout, relationship concerns, difficulty setting boundaries, and major life transitions. Her approach is compassionate, practical, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s individual needs.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I’ve been married for over 16 years with one kid and enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I enjoy running and volunteering in her my community. Also, I enjoy traveling and good food.
