About My Clients
I specialize in sex therapy, because somebody has to be and it's something I'm passionate about. I have over 250 hours of post graduate sex therapy specific training including topics covering sexual development, the intersection of culture and religion with sexuality, sexual dysfunctions, ethical non-monogamy and polyamory, LGBTQIA+ concerns, kink and BDSM. I would love to chat with anyone who believes I may be the right fit for them.
My Background and Approach
I understand that not everyone has sexual concerns and questions, our mental health can be greatly affected by sex and sexuality; whether you're having it or not. I believe sex is a big part of the human experience and we need safe, positive and affirming professionals to talk to about it. I like to take a collaborative approach to therapy to help you identify what your goals are to achieving sexual wellness. I am trained first and foremost as a mental health professional but for those needing help with sexual issues, I am here. I would love to chat with anyone who believes I may be the right fit for them. Looking for a therapist can be intimidating enough, but I hope I can help you feel comfortable with the process. I'm also pretty funny.
