About My Clients
I specialize in helping individuals and couples who long for change but feel mired in old patterns and stuck in unhealthy situations that no longer serve them and their greatest potential. Getting unstuck means cultivating an awareness of our internal experience, trusting what we already know is true and creating boundaries so that we no longer abandon ourselves. My practice provides a mindful, creative and safe space for clients to heal, transform and move forward in life.
My Background and Approach
I am a mother, a partner, a friend, a spiritual seeker, a psychotherapist and someone who has benefited tremendously over the course of my life from the care and compassion I’ve received in therapy. I have a BA in Communications and Humanities from the University of Colorado and an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Mindfulness-based Transpersonal Psychology from Naropa University. Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked for many years in media as a communication consultant and helped clients shape their content into something engaging and marketable. I enjoy collaborating and solving problems with others.
