I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of life’s challenges. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, relational issues, life transitions, and self-esteem, to name a few. Seeing my clients grow, heal, and gain a new sense of awareness is one of the most rewarding parts of being a counselor. My Background and Approach
My primary therapeutic approach is person-centered although I believe being eclectic is key. I incorporate mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and other approaches to provide the best possible treatment for you and your healing. I love teaching clients coping mechanisms and other tools to manage life challenges.
