About My Clients
Clients I am most passionate to help are ages 20+ who struggle with body image, worthiness, eating disorders, guilt, addictions, anxiety, depression & autoimmune issues. Specifically those healing from sexual abuse, the shame from abortions, the loss of children or pregnancies.
My Background and Approach
The journey to healing from my own health issues, relationship & mental health challenges inspired me to help others which I am passionate about. I predominantly work using a holistic, person-centered counselling approach, integrating various other methods specific to the needs of the client. I have experience counseling youth, families, parents, couples and women. I utilize several modalities including Gestalt, Jungian, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Past Life Regressions, Reiki, Energy Work, Holotropic Breathwork, Somatic and Trauma based.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe we all have the tools we need within to live our best life, I walk with those who want guidance to tap into their own inner healing path. I offer tools and guidance for clients to find their light within, the spark that may have been covered with traumas and societal programming and to change our neuropathways to promote healing. Utilizing mindful techniques, breathing techniques and positive psychology to guide you to overcome obstacles and live a fully present, empowered and joyful life.
