About My Clients
I specialize in working with young adults and individuals in their 20s and 30s who are navigating identity, relationships, and the transitions of adulthood. Many of my clients come in feeling stuck in old patterns, people-pleasing, perfectionism, difficulty setting boundaries, and leave with more clarity, confidence, and compassion for themselves. I want therapy to feel like a space where you can breathe, laugh, cry, and be fully yourself, without judgment.
My Background and Approach
The strategies and approaches I bring into the room are ones I’ve refined through my clinical training and hands-on work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families. My focus is always on making therapy feel practical and accessible, so that you leave each session with concrete takeaways you can apply in your daily life. I work from a collaborative, strengths-based approach—meaning I don’t just tell you what to do; we discover together what works best for you. My goal is for you to walk away with tools you can use outside of therapy, whether it’s to manage anxious thoughts, set healthy boundaries, or feel more connected in your relationships.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
If you’ve been thinking about therapy but aren’t sure where to start, you don’t have to figure it out alone. Taking the first step can feel big, but it can also be the beginning of real change. I’d love to meet you, hear your story, and see how I can support you.
