Michelle works best with individual clients, who are looking to make positive changes in their life. These clients may struggle with mood disorders, anxiety, relationship issues, addiction or family issues. They may want to work on self-esteem, setting boundaries in relationships, reducing anxiety, or engaging in healthier and more positive lifestyle changes.
My Background and Approach
Michelle is a therapist who loves to assist clients find their path. Michelle has over 20 years of experience, and has a gentle approach to therapy that puts people at ease. She has worked extensively with anxiety, relationships, family issues, addiction and with adolescents, along with crisis work with serious mental illness. Her approach is mostly Person-Centered, incorporating some Cognitive work as well.
