My Background and Approach
I have been working in the field since 2013. When I began I was working primarily with individuals on the Autism spectrum. I have become more of a generalist in my approach and the clients I see. I became independently licensed in 2016 and have been working with a diverse client population. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, life stressors and relationship stressors. I also specialize in working with couples. I am a culturally competent, inclusive therapist who provides culturally affirming and responsive client care for all individuals. I am dedicated to antiracist work, continued learning and growing, and dismantling systemic oppression in the mental health care field. I am dedicated to providing services to all identities, especially historically marginalized, underserved populations.
