About My Clients
You’re navigating a lot right now—career uncertainty, relationship changes, family expectations, or just the quiet pressure to figure out who you are. Life transitions in your 20s and 30s can feel overwhelming, especially when everyone else seems like they’ve got it all together. You may look fine on the outside, but inside, you’re anxious, burnt out, or questioning everything. You’re not broken—you're human. And you don’t have to go through it alone.
My Background and Approach
I have extensive experience working with adults who feel like no matter how hard they try, they just can’t seem to get it “right”—or when they finally do, it feels like the rug gets pulled out from under them. My clinical foundation is rooted in self-compassion and humanistic approaches; I take a more flexible, compassionate stance to evidence-based treatment. This means no “homework” but real world practice, no “worksheets” but figuring out how the tools fit into your life. I want you to have a more confident and goal-oriented world-view, so we’ll work collaboratively to figure this out. My biggest priority is making you feel good about the work we are doing together. I know how hard it can be to seek mental health care. I believe everyone deserves a space where they can feel free to figure out what is going to help them live the life they want.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m a Health at Every Size-aligned therapist, passionate about helping people—especially women—feel at home in their bodies and find justice in a world that often excludes those who don’t fit the mold. As someone who is neurodivergent, I especially enjoy supporting fellow neurodivergent folks in finding their groove in a neurotypical world. I love learning, and recently trained to be able to provide EMDR within my practice. At home, I am a mother to humans and animals- ask me how many animals we have!
