About My Clients

Life can be messy and unpredictable. I am here to tell you it is okay not to be okay. I am passionate about empowering others to discover self-worth, take back control, and believe that they are deserving of good things. My work stems from the belief that a holistic approach to treatment that considers. I work with a wide array of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, family issues, grief/loss, self-esteem, disordered eating and other mental health/behavioral concerns.

My Background and Approach

I am Certified in EMDR therapy, and I whole heartedly believe that this modality has the power to heal the world. Additional Modalities that I am extensively trained in include, DBT, ACT, CBT. I have clinical experience working with children, preteens, teenagers, and adults. I confidently manage acuity and a variety of presenting concerns due to working with adolescents at a short term residential treatment center since 2019. I will always meet you where you are at. The goal is to create a trusting environment, where ultimately you will independently and confidently achieve your full potential. I am ready to support your pivotal journey through therapy.
