About My Clients
I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, trauma, addiction, and major life transitions. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, often managing responsibilities on the outside while struggling internally. They are motivated to better understand themselves, develop healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) providing individual counseling under the supervision of a licensed clinician. My work is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and Motivational Interviewing. I tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs, goals, and lived experiences. My approach is collaborative and supportive, with an emphasis on building self-awareness, emotional regulation, and practical coping skills. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore challenges related to anxiety, trauma, addiction, and life transitions. Together, we work toward meaningful and sustainable change both in and outside of therapy
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a safe, respectful, and collaborative space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered. I value authenticity, compassion, and cultural humility, and I strive to meet each client where they are without judgment. I am committed to ongoing learning and to providing care that honors each person’s unique experiences, strengths, and values. If you want to add anything more personal (social justice values, recovery-informed care, mindfulness, or community involvement), I can weave that in naturally without it feeling heavy.
