About My Clients
I am seeking individuals that are motivated toward looking at some old behavior patterns and embracing new coping skills. My specialities include: Anxiety, depression, divorce, all facets of relationships, co-parenting, abuse survivorship, PTSD, intimate partner violence, couples counseling, self-esteem enhancement, empowerment, substance abuse, sex therapy and spiritual counseling. I work with clients ages 16 and up.
My Background and Approach
My background ranges from anxiety, depression and trauma to addiction, divorce and sexuality. I have extensive experience working with individuals from all walks of life, and I have been in the field for many years helping those who are motivated to change their lives. I take an individualized approach to each person I work with, knowing that each person has different needs and priorities in treatment. My main goal is to help individuals realize their full potential and live their fullest quality life. It is my pleasure to work with you in achieving your goals and assisting you in living the life you were meant to live! Together, we will find the best means to unveiling a new you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have the fundamental belief that every person deserves the time, opportunity, and space to explore their struggles, who they are, and who they truly want to be in this world. I believe that all people should be given the chance to learn how to overcome their obstacles and live the most fulfilled life they can.
