About My Clients
I work with adults of all identities, and I specialize in helping clients with complex relationship issues, self-worth, life transitions, grief and trauma. I can help you address ongoing emotional distress, and symptoms of anxiety, depression and PTSD. Together we can identify the underlying sources of your distress and develop strategies for you to feel grounded, confident and resilient.
My Background and Approach
My therapy style is integrative and tailored to my clients’ needs. I incorporate reflective and relational approaches to therapy, for example processing how past relational dynamics play a role in the present. At the same time I also incorporate concrete and skill-based techniques such as challenging irrational thoughts and restructuring thought patterns. It takes courage to seek help and to open up to someone new. I’d be honored to accompany you in this process. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that psychotherapy treatment should always be in the context of considering the whole person, the uniqueness of each individual’s identity, and the way each person navigates relationships, family, community and larger society.
